'Inspiring and achieving success for all'
Welcome to our small, friendly school in the village of Upton Cross, on the edge of Bodmin Moor. As a parent myself, I believe in two key points:
- Successful education is a partnership between home, pupil and school.
- Primary school should be a happy time for our young people.
Mark Clutsom - Executive Headteacher
Our website should give you a feel for the many ways in which the whole school family at Upton Cross – parents and carers, children, staff and governors – strive to provide the very best for all our children and ensure they all enjoy that happy time.
Our website is designed to tell new friends all about our school, to provide our staff, parents, children and governors with a useful resource packed with news and reports of events, and to celebrate the achievements of our pupils. I hope you enjoy your electronic visit to Upton Cross Primary School – and new friends who’d like to see us for real are very welcome to do so!
We now have a Virtual Learning Environment. This gives you access to your children's attendance information, news and other information to do with their class. We will be uploading their results and news of their progress and rewards, as well as details about homework etc. You will have a login as will your child. If you lose these, please ask in the office for another copy.
